The sheen was almost taken off a solar-powered car travelling to the Arctic Circle when the vehicle was pulled over by an RCMP officer just south of Red Deer Sunday afternoon. It was pulled over because it was going too slow on the Queen Elizabeth 2 Highway on a busy Sunday afternoon, hindering traffic flow.
