Solar Car Disguised as Shrub

There is a contraption that is a cross between a solar powered car and an explorer robot from NASA. It is disguised as a shrub. There are video cameras in the front that project images onto screens inside the vehicle, so there is no need for a windshield and increases the deceptiveness of the disguise.
