Queensland set to be solar powerhouse

The Queensland government will launch a $1 million feasibility study for a large scale solar power plant that could potentially power up to 300,000 homes as part of its renewable energy plan. This will create an additional 3,500 jobs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions over the next 10 years.
