Student helps develop solar power system

The work of a University of Scranton student from Tunkhannock is helping the school save energy and even earn some revenue. Ben Redan is a junior biochemistry major at the school. Over the past few months, he has been part of a project that uses solar power to provide lighting and security at one of the university's parking lots.

The bottom line is ...

Anyone can get into the solar power game.

Amazing and also praising effort to take a step further towards decreasing pollution on Earth.Solar power is increasingly becoming a key source of energy all over the world, and there are many benefits to using solar power. Solar power can be harnessed using a PV system or in a simple way, such as a solar pool cover, solar garden lights or as a solar oven. The benefits alone may persuade you to consider solar power in the future.
