This article illustrates how DEK Solar is showing a new metallization program that will help cut down on work and wasted energy. They are basically printers that are operated with solar energy and they obviously will cut down on wasted energy. They can also substantially increase the daily production of the average printer and and they are also more accurate on a higher volume than your average printer. They are also still working on a program as to where it will lower the costs and (obviously) maximize profits.

A "green" technology company has developed jewel-toned solar panels that capture different parts of the sun's light spectrum and don't need direct sunlight to work, the company says. But until their panels actually hit the market, it remains to be seen whether the company's colorful vision will become a reality.

This will make solar power even more affordable
This article is interesting because it introduces a new concept: storing energy when the sun is not out. This is especially interesting because it conserves a ton of energy. It uses strictly non-toxic items and it will attract the energy of sun directly. The key concepts they use are different catalysts that spur the movement and that use the direct correlation of energy and the sun. This is a winning equation and has grown leaps and bounds so far.

New energy concept stores solar energy
This article is going over some of the new news in solar technology. Namely, that Akeena will distribute a lot of their energy sources around the world. Europe, Japan and Australia are just a couple of the new places where this will be instituted. They will also be partnering with Andalay to produce different solar panels and they are going to work on making more efficient solar panels for the future. A worthwhile partnership indeed.

This article is illustrating why nano flakes are going to make things easier in the future and why we should use them. As of right now, they can convert higher rates of percentage from nano flakes than regular solar panels. They can currently convert about 30% of solar energy as compared to just 15%-20% than regular panels. Dr. Aagesen is currently promoting his invention of nano flakes but it has received mixed reviews as of today. Aagesen is undeterred and will continue to fine tune his invention.

Nano flakes might be solar panel of the future
A company named Xunlight is working on making more efficient solar panels. They have found a way to make large and more flexible solar panels. The best thing about these new panels is that they can be attached to vehicles. This is obviously a great thing and could be used with everyday people or also in the military. You can even put one of them into your backpack and it gives you access to charge your laptop. Companies are already selling these devices.

Solar panels are becoming more accessible and friendlier to use
While duffers frolic and pros birdie and par, Evergreen Solar Inc. said that some of its solar panels will be showcased at the Deutsche Bank Championship, a PGA golf tour event.
According to Evergreen Solar, its installation is part of a Deutsche Bank Championship "greening initiative" that seeks to ensure that this golf tournament is the "only carbon-neutral event on the PGA TOUR."
The Evergreen Solar installation will not only help "offset our power consumption" throughout the tournament, but it will also help demonstrate the benefits of solar power, the Deutsche Bank Championship's director said in a statement included in Evergreen Solar's press release.

For the last month, Tom Leitschuh has been cruising around Racine, Wisconsin in a 1981 Chevrolet El Camino without a single worry about his emissions or the price of gas. The reason is that his El Camino has been converted to all electric power and he generates electricity using wind and solar panels at home.
